un60es7100 Skype problems

I skype with my parents quite a bit. They are in Florida I'm in Ontario, Canada. I've noticed the Skype app for the TV really delays the voice for both my parents and I. When they are on their laptop it's completely fine. Does anybody have any ideas of how to fix this problem?

You probably have bandwidth issues on the TV. I have mine (an LG) hardwired to the router and have no problems (except when I speaking with my brother when he is wireless in his cellar). Make sure all wireless connections have good reception.

As an added bonus, 2013 is a peak sunspot year in the sun's 11 year cycle. Expect wireless issues - I doubt that developers have hardened the equipment for this issue - what fun for tech support!
