ESPN 3D college football scoreboard cut off

I am at my wits end about this.

It's definitely not overscan, I went into the service mode on my TV and moved the picture as far down as it will go and the picture ends before the top half of the scoreboard.

I know there are some overscan controls in the registry and I might mess with them but that probably isn't the problem either.

Anyone else notice this problem?

A little more info on this after trying things out this morning.

Television mode on my DLP makes the 3D image go completely haywire, not lining up, ghosting, all kinds of mess.

The only thing that really worked was flat screen in media center with hdmi input.
