Help identify this type of camera for me?

I am a drummer and often shoot my own cover videos for YouTube (http://www.drumtracksdirect.co.uk/watchlisten.html). When watching pro-shot live footage of bands, quite often there is a static camera located on or around the drum riser. They are usually small, but give a nice wide shot from not very far away. Anyone have an idea what this particular type of camera is?

I don't know what camera that is, but you could probably mount a GoPro on a tom.

Cheers for the recommedation, I got the same off a mate. Being able to get a wide shot from a close angle is my main aim really.

The GoPros apparently have a 170º lens. You can see the YouTube videos looks like a fisheye:

There also brands like Contour HD. Search for "helmet cam".
