Suggestions/Feedback on Home Audio setup (Triad, Outlaw, etc)

I'm having my home wired for 5 in-ceiling speakers in a 15x13x9 living room that opens up to a kitchen & dining room. I've also wired for a subwoofer in the back right corner of the room. Everything will be wired to a media closet and I'll have IR remote control. TV will be wall mounted and connected to the media closet via 50 ft HDMI. Wood floors, but I'll have a 12x9 area rug, furniture, and curtains to help with reflection. This is my 5.1 plan at this point:

(3) Triad In-Ceiling Bronze/8 LCR (4 ohm)
(2) Triad In-Wall Bronze/4 Surrounds (4 ohm, will be installed in-ceiling)
(1) Outlaw LFM-1 EX sub
(1) Emotiva UPA-500 (Triads are 4 ohm, XPA-5 seems like it may be overkill)
(1) AVR: Denon 3311, Marantz SR7005, or Yamaha RX-A1010 Aventage (TBD, needs pre-amp out)

Even though this setup will include all in-ceiling speakers, will this be decent for movies/music?

I don't need a top of the line AVR, but it seems most with pre-amp outs cost a little more. I'd like to have at least 4 HDMI hookups, networking, and a front USB. Thoughts/suggestions?

Any feedback -- good, bad, or otherwise -- is welcome. Cheers.

Don't know why the AVR would need a booster amp.

I'm under the impression there aren't many AVRs that will handle 4 ohm loads unless I get something near the top of the line. I don't want heat/clipping to be an issue, so I like the idea of having the amp for peace of mind if nothing else, unless it's absolutely unnecessary. If the 5 speakers have the following specifications, would I be ok without the amp if I pick up one of the AVRs I mentioned?

Power Handling :
Maximum power rating 150 watts

Impedance:
Nominal impedance 4 ohms
3.2 ohms

Sensitivity:
90 dB/1W/1m
