You know it's funny you say this cause it's been almost a couple weeks for me t and the issue with the LB and other things doesn't seem so bad really! LOL
I think we OBSESS over the small stuff and just find Anything We Can to nit pick.
I am one who likes something to be perfect ... but I think we need to be real ... if we want perfect lets go out and spend 3 times as much on the Bad Boy Perfect Elite type TV's.
If we are not willing to do that then we need to figure we are dealing with Edge-lit products (which is a cheaper way to manufacturer a TV and in turn we get a cheaper price) that are NOT perfect.
I am starting to become very happy with my set ... I've got the settings dialed down VERY well to combat the Light Bleed ... and I don;t even run Smart Dimming anymore so the blooming is not an issue at all.
Still messing with things a tad bit but so far with my current settings and configurations the only time I really see the bad LB is when the TV starts ... after that and all my settings kick in ... It looks STELLAR!
We just want "Perfect" right out of the box ... unfortunately it doesn't exist in this price point on a TV
