Yeah, we dealt with this issue once, about a year ago. The rep told us that unless the item page states that the lowest price will be offered as of the day of shipping, you're stuck with the price that was shown when you purchased it. Of course, they matched the price, "in their discretion." It could be that they at least changed this policy so that price protection is offered across the board until the item ships. But one thing hasn't changed -- once it ships, there is no price protection, and it's completely up to the representative to give you any type of refund/credit/etc. We just recently dealt with that issue.
