'New Black SUB15F' by Theater Solutions, from Only Factory Direct

This sounds sketchy to me. Amazon and Sears both sell this sub, at http://www.amazon.com/Surround-Theater-Powered-Active-Subwoofer/dp/B007NZKNVQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=aht&ie=UTF8&qid=1358353638&sr=1-1&keywords=new+black+sub15f

And I can't find the sub on theater solution's website, or anything other than Amazon's reviews on the sub, which are less than technical. Does anyone know about this sub? This seems awful cheap.

Also, I saw a deal on the Cadence CSX-12 ii a few months back on Newegg, for $200. Does anyone know if that was a good deal? I passed on it since I hadn't done my homework at the time. Reviews on the CSX-12 seem to be generally positive, at it's $400 price point.

Thanks for the opinion! Also - I noticed it is $280 on cadence's website now, but $400 everywhere else.
