Grandview Screen for Epson 5020

I'll be picking up my Epson 5020 tomorrow and considering a 100" Grandview fixed screen.
My throw distance is about 14 feet and i can control about 90% of the light

I do not have much of a budget ($500 for what i'm looking at)

What are your thoughts on the Grandview screens.???
