Just grabbed a couple of these along with the 25C for center. Did I do well? Or were there better options in my price range?

Not if you spent 2000 dollars! smile.gif
I would say the Polk m, pioneer aj speakers and the infinity primus are amongst the best "bang for the buck" speakers!

I was actually looking at the Infinity Primus 363's but the matched center wasn't in stock. And I'm incredibly impatient.. biggrin.gif

When it comes to audio equipment, I know that feeling smile.gif

So what's your next step? Or do you already have the rest of your setup?

I'm moving my old DCM fronts to the sides and put the 75's in at front. My room config only allows for 6.1 so I have one bookshelf back there as a back surround.

I'll probably get a larger sub in the future, and possibly a receiver with preouts. For now, this should be good.. Well, that's what I said with my car..

What DCM speakers do you own - they can still hold up with some of these speakers today.

I have the TF 400's. They're decent, but definitely not enough for me.

Well the Polk and DCM will sure sound different - good luck.

Larger subs are always good. I'm running two 18" subs biggrin.gif

I'm running an 8" 15 year old Velodyne. I'll PM you my address so you can send me one.

Can't. I gotta have two. LOL

But yeah. With those nice towers, the 8" won't add a lot since your towers extend pretty low. Moving up to a decent 12" sub would probably make a huge difference for your HT usage.
