A lot of people will probably flame me for this, PowerDVD if your best bet

I'm not going to flame you. PowerDVD is bloated software and can be a colossal pain to configure, but once you get it going, you'll be amazed. I especially like the 2D-to-3D conversion of PowerDVD 12 Ultra. It blows away any other converter I've seen or used. Just be prepared to put in the time to get the locomotive moving.

I understand the bloat, but never had a problem getting it set up. Was quite simple IMO. Checkerboard and auto detect. Hdmi undecoded for sound. Watch movie.

TMT was a pia though. Mostly because of software bugs.
