Black Flicker when watching USA shows,but not the ads. converted file seems fine

So I have Comcast, and a ceton infini tv 4 tv tuner card. When watching shows on the USA channel I keep seeing a blackish flicker while watching any shows on the channel. It is not there when watching the ads, and also doesn't appear to occur on other channels. I am in HD, i haven't tried watching USA in SD, I will try and get back and see if its an issue there as well. Just wondering if anyone here has any tips. Thanks.
