Pretty sure the issue is a hardware firewall we have in the house. Relative in house works from home, company issued firewall (Sonicwall). Entire house plugged into it. Supposedly it has to be first in line off the cable modem or work issues. Do not believe he has the password to manage it. Every once in awhile I have some strange issue with a specific site, and it's not consistant between sites (for example I can upload a photo to facebook). Tried booting Ubuntu same result, which rules out OS/Browser settings. Will just have to post pic from the laptop from elsewhere/hotspot.
