Darbee or DVDO Edge Green to Sharpen Comcast HDTV signal?

What will do a better job at sharpening my HD cable signal? I don't care about SD. I have a Panny ST50.

Thanks.

Easy. Darbee.

One caution to temper your expectations: the Darbee sharpens everything so, IMHO, it really works best on pristine sources such as Blu Ray discs. You will see great results on some Comcast HD channels, but on other HD channels with more extreme video compression the Darbee will also extenuate the blocks and artifacts that result from the compression itself. It's all garbage-in, garbage-out unfortunately so the Darbee can't fix everything.

I have a Panny 65VT50 And the Darbee Darblet and my picture is worse with the Darby so I use the Darby with my LG LHX. I installed my iScan Duo with my Dish Hopper and found by having 1080i into the Duo coverted to 1080p to the panny gave me the results I was looking for using the Duo edge enhancement and detail enhancer my Dish signal is now close to Blu-Ray quality. I found the Darbee did not even help 1080p Blu-Ray with the Panny VT, but works amazing with my LG 55 LHX backlit LED/LCD

Are you passing the signal through an AVR?  Some have good video processors in them. My next step is to try the Oppo 103

processing..
