Which NAS dnla device for my hopper?

I have the dish hopper and Mediasonic 8 bay usb 3.0 storage drive (it holds my 6 hard drives, 2tb each). The hard drives hold .iso movie files.
How do I get to watch those movies, via the hopper's network dnla/nas access?

I think you are out of luck.  Unless the Hopper is very different I have never found any device that can stream *.iso files via DLNA.
