H78DC3 with extra bulb for only $300 used...good deal?

I know the H78DC3 is only 720p and only has one HDCP DVI input, but for a basement movie projector, to get me started in this PJ world, seems I could do worse, no? Figure I can talk them down to $250 and that extra bulb is good insurance. I just want a good movie picture in a pitch dark room. Thoughts?

I'm still rocking a H77 and am just now thinking about upgrading. I still like the picture compared to alot of the current LCD offerings.
My main complaint is that I only get about 1000 hrs out of a bulb.
Just my .02.

Well, I mean you can get a 400 dollar Led that will look close and then the bulb is moot.

Color wheel could fail at any time, dude needs to sweeten that deal.
