LiteTouch 5000LC - How to change programming for buttons?

Hoping some one can help. Just purchased a house with LiteTouch 5000LC lighting system in it. We want to change how some of the buttons work and add a light to a blank button. How do we get the software programming to do this? The Electrician who installed the system is no longer living in the area and has disappeared. The electricians that did some other work in the house, have no clue how the lighting system works. I don't want to have to call an electrician everytime we want to change or add something. Does Savant have software available to residential owners to control their systems? Also, does Savant have an app for Android phones to control the lights?

I have the same problem. I found a guys name who was with LiteTouch and responsible for my area (PA region) and have left him 6 messages and 3 e-mails over the last three months explaining the situation. No reply. I also then went through their website (Savant's) via the form they have on it to request to be contacted and received no response. I'd be fine spending a few bucks to upgrade our system to the current rev and add some additional functionality, so its not like it wouldn't be worth a return phone call from them.

I have light programming that needs to change and I cannot seem to find anyone who can support the system. I spoken to several electricians who all refused to help. I also called a well respected, high-end home audio/video firm in our area who came out to look at it and recommended replacing everything with whatever they were selling.

I don't want to get ripped off, but I do need some basic help.
