Lucky. I price matched the 55 inch 7500 at Best Buy from Amazon Wednesday night. I couldn't get to the store in time to pick it up, but the corporate rep with BB told me the price match was approved and the following day i'd be able to walk into the store and pick up my TV no hassle. The next day the store wouldn't give me the TV at that price because they said it wasn't the same as the night before, even though I had been guaranteed that price when I came in the next day. I spent hours on the phone with BB, and over an hour in the store hearing Best Buy's excuses for not wanting to honor the price simply because it was too great of a deal. The rep over the phone had copied and saved the screen shot that proved the price match Wednesday night, but the store said they needed the proof at the time I actually walked out of the store with the TV, otherwise Samsung would declare war on Best Buy and destroy all humanity in the process....or at least that's how the BB clerk made it sound. What an incredibly ridiculous experience...and this is just one reason they are losing market share as fast as they are. Have corporate approve and guarantee you a price match that was documented and verified by reps and in-store clerks the following day, but simply because the store doesn't want to let you have the TV for such a price they find any excuse they can to not give you the deal you were explicitly guaranteed.
