When I download a movie I usually put it onto a USB key or an external hard drive (Sometimes 15GB bluray) and connect it to my UN55ES800 to watch. I don't use the allshare network streaming thing by choice. Anyways, when I connect an external hard drive to the TV, allshare will start "Loading" the contents and it's is so friggin slow; I could be waiting all night before it actually loads the movie I want to watch.
Is there any particular reason why it is slow? Considering the external drive is USB 3 and apparently the tv is supposed to have USB 3 ports. I've done this on other brands of TVs and its quite fast.
Any thoughts?
