Browsed the web, couldn't find anything, does the inclusion of an Amp make this a no product?

Your post isn't very clear, but are you inquiring about a passive subwoofer? That is, a cabinet w/ driver in it, connected by speaker wires to an external amplifier that powers it? If so, is it a general question about whether passive subs are good (they are), or are you looking for input on a particular make & model?

I'm looking into doing my backyard audio.

1) I will put the receiver in the basement and punch thru to the backyard for speakers, the receiver will work off my network so I can control thru my phone with an APP, the only thing outside will be speakers with their wires. (not interested in wireless speakers).

2) The receiver I'm looking at has two LFE subwoofer outputs I have several 120 volt lines so I can do two AC powered outside subwoofers (if they exist).

Sorry forgot:

This outside subwoofer will have LFE input, audio line from Receiver to outside Subwoofer will be less than 25 ft. (7.6 meters). They will reside under my Deck.

I think I get what you're asking: Are outdoor powered subs available and is it a good idea to use a powered sub outdoors?

Not sure if they are available - a quick Google search brings up a lot of passive subs, but no active ones - and I wouldn't use a regular one outdoors unless the manufacturer says it's safe to do so.

I'd buy a subwoofer amp, a passive outdoor sub, and connect the two with speaker wire.
