I have been following the threads for a while. We are in the process of finishing our basement. Will have a dedicated theater.
50%-70% Movies, 30% movies, 10-20% music.
Have a big living area where I would like to use as a second zone with music.
Looking at potentially:
Epson 5020UB Projector
Marantz 5007 or Pioneer Elite SC-61 reciever
Speakers(In no particular order)
1. Klipsch Inwall http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0077RH3AY/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=AED492BX4II6G
2. BW:
* M1's and a subwoofer( The door at the front makes it hard to put floor speakers)
or * BW 686 for the front, and M1's for the surround, debating on the center channel, with lots of negative reviews on HTM62B or the HTM61
3. Any other options?
Budget about $6000
Here is the high level drawing. Have 2 risers..6" each. Also, the screen wall is only about 7 ft, the back wall is about 8 foot.
