From what I can see all have multi eq audyssey which is why i'm upgrading. I don't have or plan to have a 4k or ultra hdtv anytime soon (satisfied with my 2012 Panasonic plasma). Looks like a different processor and thats about it? Don't see why I should pay more for the newer one.
