Inserted Bluray disk and player says "cannot read. please check disk." I insert a dvd and it plays as normal. I have cleaned the heads using a Memorex Bluray Lens cleaner. I have updated the firmware. All the Blurays I buy are from Bestbuy or Walmart, so the region code should be correct. Am I missing something?
