Help with outdoor speaker installation

Hi guys
My current setup consists of a yamaha RX-A1020 with 7.1, then I have two outdoor speakers connected to a small Panasonic stereo. What I would like to do is have the outdoor speakers connected via zone 2 on the Yammy. The problem is I have a two storey house with concrete slab in between levels 1-2, so I'm unsure on how to run the cable from the amp to outside.
Is there any wireless speakers that I could connect to the zone 2 on the amp?
Any help is appreciated
Cheers

There are wireless audio send/receive units - but what are you trying to get from your AVR? Radio, set-top box output, music library? Take a look at using a Sonos unit for the outdoor speakers instead - you'd get control of it from a wireless device as well...

I want the radio, cd, iPod etc to play outside. Isn't the sonos units standalone?

No, the Connect unit attaches to any stereo receiver. Although a Sonos Connect:amp unit might be a better overall solution...

But for wireless connections, there are several available:
