Not sure which TV to get

Hello All,

I am looknig to get a decent HDTV that has a pretty nice picture. I am between 2 HDTV's:

Sharp AQUOS 60" Class 1080p 120Hz Edge Lit LED™ LCD HDTV LC60C6400U

or

VIZIO 60" Class 1080p 120Hz Smooth Motion LED Smart TV E601i-A3

Its going in a well lit large living room and will be the main TV for watching TV, gaming etc.

Any thoughts on the 2 above could help or if you have other suggestions around that price range, that would be great also!
