Need Small TV/Monitor That I Can Rackmount for AVR/BD Menus

I would like a 7-10" TV/monitor that I can rackmount in a 4U or 5U space so that I don't need to turn a projector on to view the OSD from my AVR or Blu-ray player.

I know this isn't an uncommon application, but I'm not familiar with what kind of display people use for this person, or if the display has a rack face from Middle Atlantic.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a display that I can consider?

I have a used ToteVision 19" rackmount monitor I would sell for $600 if youre interested.
