18' awning

I have a 18' motorized awning i want to use for my BYT up grade this spring. does any one have any suggestions on what screen material i can use?
Once rolled up it would be protected from the elements but may get hot in the summer time while in its enclosure. Would BOC take the heat? I have seen some tarps form mytarp.com but trying to stay seamless.

do you plan on using the full 18' width?

BOC can take the heat but its the bugs and other "crap" that can easily stain the material. i have a 16' wide BOC screen so i know this. i dont roll it up though. in bad weather, i fold it down and store it.

have you considered a billboard tarp screen? they're a bit cheaper than a giant BOC screen and can take some wild abuse. easy to clean, but a challenge to make ready for BYT. billboard tarp is also slightly transparent. you cant rear-project though, but you can see the image on the opposite side.

another material is Dazian Trapeze fabric. just about the same price as a BOC screen depending on the size you need covered.. a certain style is made for front and/or rear projection. and if it gets dirty then simply throw it in the washer (hang dry only)

thank you for the info. I plan on using at least 16'x9' or maybe 10' x18'. I found a web site for billboard trap pretty good on price. have you seen a projection movie on one?
