After poking around a bit in these forums I didn't really see a post that was similar enough to my situation. What I am looking for is a wireless headset to be used for voice communication while gaming on my pc.I need something with good range and low profile headphones. I have a current 7.1 surround setup and I very much prefer to use my home theater setup for all of my audio. In the past I used a wired usb headset and it worked well enough but it is no longer an option. Wireless is an absolute must, I sit around 15 feet back from the wall I project onto.
To further clarify what I am after, the only purpose the headset would serve is to let me hear voice communication and let me talk into the mic. All game audio will be sent to my AVR.
I have searched quite a bit and apparently I am doing something wrong. Almost all searches yield results with huge headphones and the like. I tried a ps3 Bluetooth headset, and while its pretty much what I am after in design, the range is terrible and there is constant noise in the ear piece.

I am looking for a wireless mic/earpiece/headset solution with good range and a headphone solution that will allow me to best hear my AVR setup while allowing voice communication.
