While watching TV and suddenly TV screen went to black. No picture, no sound, front indicator full blue circle without flashing, DLP lamp is on, no menu on screen if press "Menu" button on remote control and on side of TV panel switch. Put a new lamp and a new ballast and still got the same problem. TV can't be turned off unless unplug power cord. I did some research on internet and lean on DLP chip failure. Doesn't anyone here have experiencing this issue, similar issue, or know exactly problem it is? I don't want to keep trowing money on parts that don't fix my TV. Thanks in advance.
