Harmon Kardon AVR 335 or Sony STR-DG510

Hi,
I can get a Harmon Kardon AVR 335 7.1 receiver for $65.00 (used, estate sale) to replace my Sony STR-DG510. Is this a good move? It will be driving Phase Tech Velocity 12's front, HV-1000 Sub, Phase Tech center channel, and two Acoustic Research SRT-220 being used for surrounds. I have heard HK has some quality issues but I believe this amp is about three years old so I suspect any issues would have given themselves away by now.
Thanks,
Daren

True but it's also 7.1 capable and higher end than the Sony which is 5.1 capable only and likely does not put out it's true rated wattage while the HK likely exceeds it's rated wattage. Is there really any reason I should stay away from it considering what it would replace? I won't be able to get a new receiver for, likely, several years...

Does anybody else have any feedback on this? I know the Sony is a newer receiver but it's capability's seem to be much more limited than the HK. I could go out and buy a new theater in a box but just because it's new does not make it better than what I have now.
