New Media room need Help deciding on Projector

I'm new to projectors been a plasma guy until now but we are just starting to build an addition for a media room. My budget is $3000 for a projector and wanted your opinion since I really do not know enough about projectors.

Dimensions of room are 25'W x 17'L with vaulted ceilings. Projector will be built into the back wall so 17' away from screen and the wife will let me get away with a screen size anywhere from 90' - 110'. The screen will be in a built in media center that's going to be all white, hopefully that wont be a problem.

thanks gbould! I will look into the Epson. On another not if I'm interested in a 2.35:1 screen are there projectors that can do that under 3k? This room will be 90% movies
