I would recommend 0 EQ Max if you are doing music and 1 EQ MAX 15 if you are doing HT.
The EQ MAX 15 covers a very small range, I can't imagine what a couple of EQ MAX 10s could do.http://www.audioholics.com/reviews/speakers/subwoofers/eq-max-15/eqmax15longtermoutputcompression.jpg/image_view_fullscreen
The EQ MAX can play loud but I have seen better extension on ID 10" subs. So I guess my final answer would be the same thing I did.
Step 1: Buy EQ max (12 in my case)
Step 2: Watch All 6 movies of star wars (Listen to the EQ max's One note)
Step 3: Add sub to 2 channel setup and test tracks
Step 4: return EQ max or put bleach in your ears. ( I chose the return mine)
Step 5: Enjoy music again in the 2 channel setup
Step 6: Turn the volume down on the Movie system as your mains will be playing full range
Step 7: look into an Internet Direct sub. SVS for movies or Rythmik sealed for music.
