I have a Magicolor 2400w printer that prints great, the problem is the first sheet always comes out mis aligned, after that it prints ok.. then if I use larger paper like 8-1'2 x 14 it is totally misaligned and has a ghost image and then the print .. I make Books so this is really annoying
It worked great on my old computer 3 years ago, with windows xp, then i stored it away and thought id use it again for the books again, using windows 7 but I updated the driver to Vista ( thats all they had and all say it works with 7 ) im printing books so theres text as well as color graphics,, i went to the web site of the book company i use with no help..i calibrated it using there program and that didnt work.. is this the printers fault or am i doing something wrong, i got the latest drivers for everything computer , the book program, the printer itself.
