Need help with dual sub placement

Thread Starter
I have a upstairs game room that I have made my so called theater room while keeping the wife happy. It has an opening to the stairway and a small hallway that leads to 3 rooms and a bathroom. Both are on the right side of the room. I put up acoustic panels behind the front towers and center and panels at the first reflection point on both walls. This made a huge difference. Know I just can not get the two subs to sound good. The subs are DIY build boxes 12"s. I am using a earthquake 300 watt plate amp from a dead sub that I built its own box to house the amp. I can't seem to figure out how to upload a pic from an iPad.
