Painted on Screen vs Material Screen

Im brand spanking new to AVS guys and love it. I just recently bought my first PJ, an EPSON 3010 from BestBuy on clearance for $900. Had to grab it! Been doing some research on screens and I dont want to break the bank so I was wondering what the performance was like with a painted on screen vs a material screen. I thought about getting a fixed frame screen for around $250 bucks but IDK. I can only go up to 110" Help Please!

Paint yer'self a Screen. Take the word of another Indy native, you can get better results for less cash outlay than you have any comprehension as being possible.

Thanks, I was leaning that way, plus by doing so I can go a alittle bigger.

What paint is best? Is there a brand you can get or maybe a mixer?
