I think I have a grasp on how zone 2 works but the question i do have is.
If I have my media center connected with digital out to the TX-NR609 for normal 7.1 and analog connection from the same source with analog connection will I be able to play zone 2 or will the 609 always default to the digital signal and over ride the analog signal?
what I am trying to achieve
play the same source at the same time in two levels of the house. I know I can connect the speakers directly to the 609 but i want to be able to provide the speakers more wattage with a secondary amp hence wanting to use zone 2 output..
