Hello. I'm not an audiophile, and have been wanting to replace the HTIB that I have now. It's going to be 6 or 7 years old! I know it's older than 2008 for sure.
I thought about buying a HTIB, and I'm unsure on which one to get. I don't watch many movies, but do watch TV. I would mostly use it for TV shows, cartoons, music videos, and games.
Would you buy the HT-E5500WZA for 310 dollars? I went to Best Buy and liked that one, and I was attracted by the wireless speakers. I just don't know if they sound good. Anything will probably sound good to me though compared to what I have now.
I've been looking at some websites, and I'm confused. Some HTIB systems I've been looking at don't have the Dolby Digital 5.1 decoder. Does that mean it wouldn't play movies with Dolby Digital 5.1? Sorry for the noob questions. I was looking at this:

Would you recommend another system for 300?

I just saw that one on Amazon refurbished for a good price. I'm so tempted to buy one now, but decided to wait to buy one until later in the year. I don't need one now, but if I see one with a price that's too good I would buy it.
