The DVD player is still an extraodrinary piece of kit, outplaying dedicated high end audio CD players all the time. If you still enjoy listening to CD rather than digital streams this player is a must, and at this price it is a steal. The DVD side is quite astonishing, but read the reviews.
The Receiver was at its time one of best you could buy, and whilst connectivity has improved in the more recent models the actual output of this unit is extraordinary. It was at the center of our setup, rack mounted and run a very custom installation flawlessly. I would recomend using a sound meter for initial setup and keep those speaker lenghts matched.
Please Note: The DVD player has a few scratches around the edges from the rack mounting but apart from that it is perfect. The Receiver is also perfect, the only thing is that the volume knob is quite slow to change the level, this doesn't occur if you use the remote.
Delivery: Total weight is about 30kg so this is an expensive item to ship. I will ship to the UK for free, but foreign buyers will have to contact me first and agree shipping. All shipping needs to go out insured.
