62"Toshiba Rear Projection HDTV, how do I ge to the professional tune set up??

I still have my 1999 62", and the alignment is off a bit. When I use the factory options on the menu I can get it better, but not great.

A few years ago I had a tv tech come in to clean and fine tune it. He got it to a screen that had many white lines all over and that is where he fine tuned everything. Using the remote.

But I don't have a clue how he got there.
