OTA signal to Device

Thread Starter
Wife and I are trying to 'cut the cord' with Cable/Dish and going the route of OTA combined with Netflix/HULU/etc. My question is I have a media room that will have a projector mounted in it, and I would like to be able to run OTA signal to it. However, the location for the projector is pre-wired with 6 runs of cat 6. So the question is how do I get the signal from the Coax of an OTA antenna to the HDMI Input of the projector. My initial plan was to use the cat6 to extend my HDMI signals, so that part I understand, any suggestions on the best way to get the initial signal from Coax into either cat6 or HDMI format? I am planning to run a media server in this room, so I could potentially use a TV tuner card. THoughts?

Get a HD Homerun and use a front end on the media server.

I have the dual tuner model. Works great.
