If you physically move your projectors front side does the focus change? Is your projected image perfectly square in the screen?

How out fuzzy are you talking about?

What kind of screen do you have? Is it flat and level?

I cant really move the projector too much to test as it is mounted on the ceiling. The image is perfectly square in the screen. I am using a Elite Saber 120. It is flat and level on the wall.

It is not horrible, but it is noticeable. The left is crisp and clear and the right appears like the drunk text on tshirts. It is only noticeable with text.

Probably a bad lens. I went through four of the Epson 3010 refurbs recently to get one sort of good projector. The auto iris is never quit.

Update: I shifted the entire projector about a quarter inch to the left and realigned the screen and its much better now. I guess I was not exactly in the center and was turning the projector slightly.
