Anyone used a surge protector/noise filter receptacle such as leviton 5280-W?

This might be a bit overkill as I am already using a quality APC UPS for my gear.
However, I thought it still makes sense to add a bit extra protection. Further, my dimmer can cause my APC to make some noise. I tested several dimmers and the one I am using caused the least noise.

Has anyone come across the surge protector/noise filter combos?
I found the Leviton 5280. Are there better ones?

I installed the Leviton 5280 surge protected outlet last week into a LV enclosure, with my modem, router, and a switch running to it. I extended the power from that outlet to a nearby Midlite male power inlet, and then to my rack with a power cord. I'm using a Cyber power battery backup UPS in the rack. I only used the 5280 because I had it; it was originally planned as the only SPD for the LAN equipment. I wouldn't normally use 2 SPDs in series.

This model claims to filter -30dB starting at 500kHz. I wonder if this would filter my dimmer generated noise?

Related, does this filter our power lien communication such as X10, Insteon?
