I'm looking for an HDMI 1.4a AVR with pre-outs and some form of Room EQ (preferably Audyssey MultEQ or higher). Right now, until I sell my Onkyo NR1007 (listed here), I have a hard limit of $300 shipped. I'm sure this will make things more difficult, but below are some models I'm interested in (in order of highest interest, some likely out of price range):
