HD20 no power after wheel and sensor replacement

I had a problem with the color wheel so I replaced it, also had to replace the sensor for the color wheel.... (everything was working before) now after being reassembled it will not power up,,, It has a steady green flashing light,
(there were only 3 cables removed during the whole procedure... Anyone have a clue why it wont power up.. Ive eliminaed the possibility of the lamp door switch being the problem....

Since it worked before you started, it HAS to be something you didn't get back right. You're going to have go back in and double-check everything. I'm guessing you didn't get the ribbon cables back in properly. Did you just PULL them out or did you actually release the keepers, allowing them to just fall out?
