Yamaha rx-a1020bl or Denon avr3313

I'm looking to upgrade my receiver from a Yamaha rx-v673 to a receiver that has good power output like my current one but also has better sound quality and pre-amp outs. Two HDMI outs is also a plus. I've narrowed my search down to these two units. I like that the Denon is smaller and more powerful. It also has 3 HDMI outs. The Yamaha has 2 HDMI outs, same power as my 673 and same other features. The Denon has 4k passthru and the Yamaha does not.

Please help. I plan on future additions of tower speakers like the def tech 8060 series which will be amp'd.
