Pioneer VSX-822-K settings/volume

Hey everyone, new to the forum, I'll take the time to go introduce myself, but in the meantime I had a couple questions.

I just got a Pioneer VSX-822-K, which is powering Polk Audio RM6750 speaker and subwoofer. I am trying to find a way to make my "centre" speaker a bit louder, since like in this thread: http://www.avsforum.com/t/1423957/pioneer-vsx-822-volume I hear more of the outside noises and music than the actual voice.

Is there a setting for this? An option? On a related note, what kind of settings should I be looking at, this is my first "home theater" system you could say.

I've ran the MCACC setup on a tripod, and I find that the center speaker is still too soft for my taste. I'm just not sure where to adjust the level output of the center speaker, other than changing the distance for the speaker.

If someone could let me know where I can find these settings in the VSX-822-K, that would be great!
