I am new to this site. I came here hoping to find someone or some place to have my 4090 serviced.
It has a popping/snapping sound and then the sound goes out. The unit stays on...but no sound.
I reset it by the turning the main power off and then back on. This switch is on the rear of the unit.
I am looking to just get rid of it unless I find a fix for this problem.
I am in Monterey County which is on the central coast of California.
Unit comes with remote.
