Budget sub with at least 1 dimension 9" or less?

Thread Starter
I am looking for a sub to place somewhere under my bed for my secondary setup.

I have an old AV123 X-sub that I could put there but if I were to replace it in my main setup it would make my main setup look weird to replace it with a larger sub.

Are there other options?

That's a tight fit... you would probably have to build it yourself. Or maybe use a premade car subwoofer enclosure like this one: http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?partnumber=260-636
You'd need an external amp if you go that route though. You also need a subwoofer that can do well in a small sealed enclosure.

I would put the existing sub under the bed and start looking for a subwoofers that would fit your main rig.

Something like the Yamaha YST-FSW150 or OSD SS8 might work. They're both pretty thin.
