I just received my second buzzing E7000. I'm trying to decide whether to exchange yet another time or have a Samsung tech come out to look at it.
It is a buzz that is highly directional and if I stand in front of my TV, I can hear it from 15 feet away. If I step to the side, the volume of the buzz decreases.
I was wondering what people's experiences were with Samsung support. Is this fixable...would they replace it, or are they just going to tell me that they can't hear it and there is nothing wrong?
