How do I read a subwoofer chart with spl and db?

As an example:

I am looking at this and how things drop off at 32Hz.pretty substantially. But it shows 20hz anywhere from 80 - 90db.

What does this mean? Isn't 80db pretty loud? I do not understand.

The main consideration is the deviation from the average at low frequencies. Where that drops to -3dB you can easily tell that it's not as loud. Where it drops to -10dB it's half as loud. -10dB is considered the lowest useful frequency.
