I am interested in a AV7005. Are you not happy with one that you own ?

I have the AV7701. Kind of average I feel, seems like worse SQ than the AV7005. Also it has really bad hum problems through the XLRs (yes it is the Marantz as I tried it with no inputs hooked up to an amp and there was still hum). So I am thinking about what other options there might be.

A number of 7005 owners moved up to the Denon 4311CI resulting in a noticeable improvement in audio fidelity due to the much more advanced version of Audyssey MultEQ XT32. The same experience would be expected with either the 4520CI or the new Marantz 8801.
